- Import your bank statement (CSV or direct bank feed, depending on your bank).
- Odoo matches each transaction against your existing invoices and bills automatically where it can.
- For anything that doesn't auto-match, you confirm it manually — a two-click process, not a spreadsheet reconciliation project.
- Once reconciled, your Accounting Dashboard shows your actual, confirmed cash position — not just what the bank app says.
Do this weekly, not just at month-end, and you'll never be surprised by a cash crunch you could have seen coming three weeks earlier.
