- Use the Calendar app to book each job as an event, assigned to the tech doing the work.
- Link the calendar event to the related Task or Sales Order, so all the job details are one click away — not a separate lookup.
- Share the calendar with your team so everyone sees the same schedule, updated in real time, from their phone.
- Colour-code by tech or job type so a glance at the week tells you who's where.
The goal isn't a fancier whiteboard — it's a schedule that can't be erased, duplicated, or left behind in the shop.
