We learn how you work today and write down exactly what will be built, what it costs and when. You read it and tell us what we got wrong.

The build

We configure Odoo Community to match how your business actually runs, one department at a time, starting with the one that matters most.

Your current lists

We load the customers, suppliers and products you give us, checked against your real data before anyone relies on it.

Handover

A training session for your team and written notes. You own the system and everything in it.

How we deliver

One department at a time

Changing everything at once is why most ERP projects fail. We open one department, get it in daily use, and only then open the next.

Brief

A discovery call or the questionnaire, then a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline you agree before any build starts.

First department

Usually Invoicing or CRM. You finish with a live module your team can use the next day.

Next department

Added only once the first is in use. Each one is its own small, fixed-price piece of work.

Handover

Training and written notes for that department, then you run it. Support is optional, not assumed.

Quoted separately, or not offered

  • Cleaning up or rebuilding years of old records or books
  • Custom code or add-ons that are not in the brief
  • Odoo Enterprise-only features: we build on Odoo Community
  • Changes after the brief: they become a new project with their own price
  • Opening several departments at once
