What we collect

When you take the Enquiry Leak Check or fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, email address, business details, your answers, and any files or voice notes you choose to upload. We also record which link or page brought you here, so we know which of our posts and pages work.

How we use it

We use it to send you your results, to reply to you, to prepare quotes and project work you ask for, and, only if you tick the consent box, to send you occasional emails from Silicon Streets about running a business more smoothly, including website and design services. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept and who can see it

It is stored in our business system, which we host ourselves, and handled by Silicon Streets. We use payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) only if you pay us, and an email service to deliver messages. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Unsubscribe, access and deletion

Every email tells you how to stop: reply with the word unsubscribe, and we will stop at once. You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted by writing to hello@siliconstreets.ca.
