Why it matters

The gap between an invoice sent and money received comes from friction. A confirmed quote becomes an invoice in one click, with no retyping, and the payment terms and due date fill in themselves.

Your 15-minute practice (in your trial instance)

1. Open the Day 2 quote and click Confirm.
2. Click Create Invoice, then Confirm the invoice.
3. Register a test payment and watch the invoice move to Paid.

You are done when

one quote has become an order, an invoice and a recorded payment.
